2. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.

3. How do you ship?

When the order is placed, it will take 2-5 business days to process your order and contact you to schedule a delivery. Estimated Delivery Time: 14-21 days.

Estimated Delivery Time: After processing time (2-5 business days), you may receive your order within 14-21 days (not included weekend: Saturday, Sunday & Holidays). Please be aware that it is international shipping, please be patient while waiting for your order.

It will take longer when you buy more than one product because we need to collect different items from different warehouses to process your order.

5. What is your returns policy?

6. Do you accept exchanges?

We do not accept changes due to tracking complications. If you need a different size, color, etc., please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

7. Can an order be changed?

We will endeavor to work with you if the item hasn’t shipped. If it has, the item will need to be returned and a new order processed.
